Welcome to Downtown Kc Living! My name is Michelle Van Trump. I started this site so individuals who where looking to move within the greater Kansas City area could find good reliable information in an easy to read format.

I try and give my visitors a look into some of my favorite KC locations and destinations.

Professionally I have been helping individuals relocate or find just the right place within the greater Kansas City area for several years. I work exclusively with individuals looking to lease (rent) or buy lofts, condos, homes or commercial properties. My services are unique because I charge my clients NO FEES and NO COMMISSIONS for helping them find just the right place.

For those of you who are just moving to the Kansas City area for the first time, I hope you find the information helpful and resourceful.
