6:00–7:00 p.m.: KCP&L Plaza Lighting Ceremony, performances by The Mowgli’s, The Snow Globes and Gracie Schram (broadcast LIVE on KSHB-TV)

6:54 p.m.: Flip of the Switch by Alex Gordon, accompanied by Dayton Moore and their families

7:00–8:00 p.m.: Post-ceremony concert featuring The Mowgli’s
